lovely building, clean and brand-new rooms. exceptionally comfortable bed for sleeping.

The room here is spacious with a very cozy bed and pillows that are extremely comfortable.

The hotel was excellent modern, yet I stayed for 7 nights only. The rooms were good sized with free Wi-Fi. Location: the venue was adjacent to the restaurants. Tried some nice meals at Mina Meat House, located quite a walk from the hotel.

The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping doing a great job of keeping our room spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the children's facilities which were excellent. We also loved the huge rooms that were perfect for families, with super comfortable beds. The hotel's staff provided exceptional service, especially at the lobby bar, where we received the best service out of all the bars.

The service was underwhelming and lacked attention to detail. Staff members seemed to be more interested in selling time-shares and spa treatments than providing guests with exceptional service.

The pool and beach area at Paradisus was well-maintained and had plenty of sunbeds. The gym was well-equipped and rarely crowded. The housekeepers were friendly and kept our room clean.

Breakfast offers various options from the buffets to several restaurants, providing guests with a chance to taste different cuisines. the gym is equipped with high-quality equipment and easy to access.

Although some staff members could be improved, they were helpful enough to assist in making reservations, and the overall service was decent.

The restaurant experience was inconsistent and disappointing. We struggled to get meals together and the servers needed more training.

The food wasn't good and offered very few options. Reservations for restaurants were difficult to get and the quality of service varied a lot, with some restaurants being poor.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa center, fulfilled all our needs. the room advantages were also exclusive with private facilities for a comfortable stay. the buffet restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast to start our day, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The service was not up to par as we had to constantly ask for water and coffee. this hotel was a great choice for its location advantages with a beautiful garden area and leisure/TV room.
